About this game

The protagonist is a cabin-living man, who, soon after being taken to an alternate world, has his head replaced by an octahedron, finds himself in an abstract geometric kaleidoscape, attains the power to create platforms, and must find his way out.

Level progression occurs through stages in an overworld, similar to Super Mario World .
Stages are designed to be difficult, and the user-interface is such that it pushes the player into finishing them quickly, in a time-attack fashion.
The game's main feature is the aforementioned creating of platforms, similar to the later Light Fall from later in the same year.
Here, the platforms follow immediately underneath the protagonist wherever he treads, are continuously maintained by the player, and disappear after a set duration.
About PlayStation 4
The PlayStation 4 (2013) cemented Sony's dominance of the eighth console generation, with a library exceeding 30,000 titles once indie and digital-only releases are counted. Most PS4 games remain affordable for collectors, but limited physical print runs — particularly from smaller publishers and later in the console's life cycle — are starting to see steady price increases as digital storefronts eventually wind down support.
Gamevaro tracks Octahedron for PlayStation 4 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Octahedron to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS4 release dates back to 2018.

Rarity & condition
No market sales have been tracked yet for Octahedron — this could mean it rarely changes hands, or simply that Gamevaro hasn't recorded a sale for it yet. Be the first to add it to your collection.
Condition matters a lot for collector value: loose (cartridge/disc only), complete-in-box (CIB, with original packaging and manual) and factory-sealed copies are tracked separately because the price gap between them can be significant, especially for older releases.
