About this game

Mario Strikers Charged , the sequel to Super Mario Strikers , is a soccer game, loosely based on the official rules, featuring Nintendo icon Mario and his friends.

Each team consists of a team captain (Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, and more), three sidekicks (ranging from Koopa Troopas to Hammer Bros.), and a Kremling goalkeeper.

Besides the usual soccer moves like passing the ball or tackling another player, the team captains can perform Mega Strike shots which can be stopped by the opponent's keeper by pointing the Wii Remote at the ball.

Throughout each game the player receives items like bananas or bombs used to hinder the opponent.

There are also unique character items for each team captain.

For example, Mario will temporarily grow to Super Mario to crush his opponents.

The game features various stadiums each with their own environment, and several game modes.

In Domination Mode up to four players (human or computer-controlled) can battle each other in a user-defined number of rounds of a certain length.

There is also a cup mode called "Road to the Striker cup" where the player and other teams battle each other to win one of the three cups.

It is the first Wii game in Europe with an online multiplayer mode.

About Nintendo Wii U

The Wii U (2012) was commercially Nintendo's least successful home console, hampered by market confusion over whether the GamePad tablet controller was a new device or a Wii accessory. Its low sales mean smaller overall print runs across the board, and several first-party and indie darlings have already become noticeably pricier than their commercial performance would suggest, since there are simply fewer copies in circulation.

Gamevaro tracks Mario Strikers Charged for Nintendo Wii U with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.

Adding Mario Strikers Charged to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This WIU release dates back to 2007.

No market sales have been tracked yet for Mario Strikers Charged — this could mean it rarely changes hands, or simply that Gamevaro hasn't recorded a sale for it yet. Be the first to add it to your collection.

Condition matters a lot for collector value: loose (cartridge/disc only), complete-in-box (CIB, with original packaging and manual) and factory-sealed copies are tracked separately because the price gap between them can be significant, especially for older releases.
