New microgames, different from the ones seen in WarioWare: D.I.Y. , come pre-loaded on this game, but additional games can be obtained from the DS, other Wii consoles, or from Nintendo via Nintendo WFC.

The player can also send microgames to others from Wii to Wii, or from Wii to DS.

Microgames are organized by character: Wario-Man, Dribble & Spitz, Kat & Ana, and 18-Volt.

Wario-Man microgames feature Wario himself, Dribble and Spitz microgames involve science fiction, Kat and Ana microgames involve animals, and 18-Volt microgames feature Nintendo products.

This makes for a total of 72 microgames which differ from the the 90 microgames seen in WarioWare: D.I.Y. .

After all microgames are accounted for, Shuffle Stages are unlocked.

These stages feature all the microgames in the game.

Upon completing five microgames, the speed gets higher.

About Nintendo Wii

Launched in 2006, the Wii's motion controls (Wii Remote) brought casual and non-traditional players into console gaming at a scale no prior system had achieved, making it one of the best-selling consoles ever. Because so many Wii units sold with bundled software like Wii Sports, the bulk of the library is inexpensive to collect — but it also means truly rare Wii titles (often niche Japanese-only releases) stand out sharply from the norm.

Gamevaro tracks WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase for Nintendo Wii with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.

Adding WarioWare: D.I.Y. Showcase to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This WII release dates back to 2010.
