Intrepid Computer Entertainment and Lionhead Studio's action-adventure B.C. would have pitted players against a variety of pre-historic wildlife in an open world sandbox.

The game was cancelled in late 2004 to focus work on other projects, with game director Peter Molyneux hoping it might one day be revived.

Microsoft's original Xbox (2001) marked the company's first console and stood out for its built-in hard drive and Xbox Live service, which laid the groundwork for modern online console gaming.
