You play Mike Dawson, an ad company manager who, in pursuit of his goal in life to become a writer, purchases a solitary mansion in a small town called Woodland Hills.
Although the low cost and hush-hush transactions when purchasing the house do raise your suspicion, the solitary environment and sheer beauty of the house crush common sense and you decide to buy the house.
That's when trouble begin.
Upon reaching the house, you suddenly feel tired.
You find a bed and fall asleep... ... and wake up from a terrible dream, only to find out that your life has just become a worse nightmare: an unknown source has implanted a seed of darkness in your mind, and you only have three days to find a way to stop it.
About Commodore Amiga
The Commodore Amiga (1985) was ahead of its time technically — multitasking, custom graphics and sound chips — and built a passionate following in Europe in particular, where it rivaled and often outsold contemporary consoles. Amiga collecting today is a niche but dedicated hobby: original boxed software on floppy disk is comparatively scarce since floppies degrade, making well-preserved complete copies genuinely valuable to the right collector.
Gamevaro tracks Dark Seed for Commodore Amiga with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Dark Seed to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This AMIGA release dates back to 1992.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Dark Seed, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Commodore Amiga titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
