About this game

Gakuen Heaven: Boy's Love Scramble is a visual novel in which a male player character pursues relationships with other men, more widely known in Japan as a BL (boys' love) game.

The story is told from the perspective of Keita Itō, an average teenager who by sheer luck is admitted into the prestigious Bell Liberty Academy.

Keita enjoys his stay until his admittance is revealed to be a mistake, as Keita has no special skills that place him in line with the elite that attend the school.

Frustrated with this turn of events, Keita attempts to confront the school's chairman before receiving an email from the man himself, informing him that if anything will keep him in the school, it's his amazing luck which in itself is an admirable ability.

The next day, a contest begins to determine the MVP of the school, and Keita must use this opportunity to prove to the chairman and the entire student body that he deserves to be a part of Bell Liberty Academy.

Here, Keita and a partner of his choice embark on their quest for total victory and eventual romance.

There are 10 characters which Keita can pursue a relationship with, each with different endings.

There are also bonus scenarios, unlocked by completing routes in the main game.

The PlayStation 2 version introduces voice actors for the characters, with full voice acting not seen in the original PC game.

About Commodore Amiga

The Commodore Amiga (1985) was ahead of its time technically — multitasking, custom graphics and sound chips — and built a passionate following in Europe in particular, where it rivaled and often outsold contemporary consoles. Amiga collecting today is a niche but dedicated hobby: original boxed software on floppy disk is comparatively scarce since floppies degrade, making well-preserved complete copies genuinely valuable to the right collector.

Gamevaro tracks Scramble for Commodore Amiga with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.

Adding Scramble to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This AMIGA release dates back to 2022.

Rarity & condition

Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Scramble, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Commodore Amiga titles.

Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.

Frequently asked questions

Scramble for Commodore Amiga is currently worth €18.00 loose. Prices are based on real sales and update regularly on Gamevaro.

Is Scramble rare?

What's the difference between loose, CIB and sealed for Scramble?

Loose means cartridge or disc only, CIB (complete in box) includes the original box and manual, and sealed means factory-sealed and never opened. These are tracked as separate market values because the price gap between them can be significant, especially for older releases.
