Poco travels through six themed stages with those being Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Amusement Park, and Castle.

Throughout these stages Poco battles enemies.

Poco's health will increase after a certain number of enemies are defeated.

Poco attacks enemies with items held in his right hand and can carry non weapon items like lanterns in his left.

Poco starts out with only being able to hold a small number of items in his inventory, but can increase that number with items like backpacks.
