Driller is a real-time puzzle game that relies solely on quick-thinking and a bit of planning.
The gameplay is a combination of Tetris and Boulder Dash : You have to drill down through multi-colored blocks to reach the bottom while avoiding the consequences of reckless drilling; blocks left without a foundation will drop down after a while, potentially crushing Mr.
As the hero's air supply is depleted with time, the player must regularly grab oxygen pick-ups.
Some of the blocks are "X-Blocks", which take a few tries to drill through and take away a large chunk of the player's air if destroyed.
If four or more X-Blocks come in contact with each other, they vanish and leave behind a small blue creature "Chisokojin", which grants 765 points when picked up.
There are two scenarios in the game, the "2500ft" and "5000ft challenge" (called "500m" and "1000m" in the Japanese version), which are five and ten levels long respectively.
About Nintendo Switch
Released in 2017, the Nintendo Switch became one of the best-selling consoles of all time thanks to its hybrid handheld/docked design. Its cartridge-based physical format (as opposed to discs) has made complete-in-box collecting popular again, with certain limited print runs and Nintendo-published exclusives already commanding a premium on the secondhand market just a few years after release.
Gamevaro tracks Mr. Driller: Drill Land for Nintendo Switch with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Mr. Driller: Drill Land to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This NSW release dates back to 2021.

Rarity & condition
No market sales have been tracked yet for Mr. Driller: Drill Land — this could mean it rarely changes hands, or simply that Gamevaro hasn't recorded a sale for it yet. Be the first to add it to your collection.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
