Driller is a real-time puzzle game that relies solely on quick-thinking and a bit of planning.
The gameplay is a combination of Tetris and Boulder Dash : You have to drill down through multi-colored blocks to reach the bottom while avoiding the consequences of reckless drilling; blocks left without a foundation will drop down after a while, potentially crushing Mr.
As the hero's air supply is depleted with time, the player must regularly grab oxygen pick-ups.
Some of the blocks are "X-Blocks", which take a few tries to drill through and take away a large chunk of the player's air if destroyed.
If four or more X-Blocks come in contact with each other, they vanish and leave behind a small blue creature "Chisokojin", which grants 765 points when picked up.
There are two scenarios in the game, the "2500ft" and "5000ft challenge" (called "500m" and "1000m" in the Japanese version), which are five and ten levels long respectively.
About Nintendo GameCube
Nintendo's GameCube (2001) used a compact optical disc format and was the company's first console with online capability, though it never matched the PS2's commercial success. GameCube discs are comparatively durable, making complete-in-box collecting approachable, while a handful of Japan-only and limited-release titles (some tied to promotions) are the platform's genuine chase items.
Gamevaro tracks Mr. Driller DrillLand (2002) for Nintendo GameCube with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Mr. Driller DrillLand (2002) to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This GCN release dates back to 2002.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Mr. Driller DrillLand (2002), suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Nintendo GameCube titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
