About this game
In Sonic X Shadow Generations, players take on the role of Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic, as well as Shadow the Hedgehog to stop the world from being taken over once again, with their stories being separated into two unique, fast-paced action platformers.
Time comes to a screeching halt in Sonic Generations during Sonic the Hedgehog's birthday party, which his friends decide to throw as a surprise for the hedgehog.

Unfortunately, the party doesn't get very far, because a mysterious entity shows up and pulls Sonic and his friends into strange time portals, separating everyone from each other in an instant! Eventually, Sonic wakes up to find himself stranded in an odd, white colorless void with none of his friends around or anything he recognizes.
However, Sonic is not alone; the chaos caused on the timeline has brought back another Sonic, this Sonic being from the past! Both Sonics realize they are traveling through time and space, revisiting locations they recognize and have been to many times before.
Now you have to play as both Sonics and work together to speed through levels and places from their past to find their friends and restore the timeline like it was before! Aboard the Space Colony ARK, however, a different perspective to this story is being told.
After GUN detected an unusual bio-signature aboard the satellite, Shadow the Hedgehog almost immediately realizes something is very wrong.
Effectively missing Sonic the Hedgehog's surprise party, he sets out to go aboard the ARK, and he doesn't plan to leave until he figures out what is causing this anomaly.
Shadow quickly begins to observe very strange things happening on the ARK, and he immediately tries to chase down the culprit.
This is where the events of Sonic Generations come into play, where right as Shadow finds out who is causing these strange occurences, he is sent to his own colorless void, with no trace around him of what he just witnessed.

About PC
PC gaming spans over four decades, from early DOS titles to today's massive Steam and digital-storefront libraries. Because "PC" covers everything from 1990s CD-ROM releases to current AAA titles, it's the single largest platform by game count on Gamevaro. For collectors, PC gaming splits into two very different worlds: physical big-box releases from the 1990s and 2000s (increasingly collectible, especially complete-in-box with original manuals and inserts) and the modern digital library, which Gamevaro tracks for portfolio and spending purposes even though it has no resale market.
Gamevaro tracks Sonic X Shadow Generations for PC with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Sonic X Shadow Generations to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PC release dates back to 2024.

Rarity & condition
No market sales have been tracked yet for Sonic X Shadow Generations — this could mean it rarely changes hands, or simply that Gamevaro hasn't recorded a sale for it yet. Be the first to add it to your collection.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
