Bastion

A hack-and-slash RPG featuring a reactive narrator, various unlockable weapons, weapon upgrades, practice mini-games and optional difficulty modifiers, set in an imaginary world in the aftermath of an uncertain apocalypse, in which the player embodies a teenager with a troubled past as he and the narrator work together to rebuild the world out of a persisting hub called the Bastion.

Sony's PlayStation Vita (2011) was a technically impressive handheld that never found the commercial audience it deserved, leading to a comparatively small but well-regarded library. Because Sony discontinued cartridge production relatively early and shut down the PSN storefront for new purchases, physical Vita games — some produced in very limited numbers by niche publishers — have become a genuinely scarce, actively appreciating collecting niche.

Gamevaro tracks Bastion for PlayStation Vita with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.

Adding Bastion to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS VITA release dates back to 2011.

Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Bastion, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation Vita titles.

Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
