About this game
Based on the Jingle Cats series of novelty albums, this life simulation game has players making the peace at Jingle Cat House.
In each level, the player chooses a few cats to put in a room together and try to build their relationship with each other.

Like in Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures , players don't control the cats or even have strong influence over them.
Instead, cats have a mind of their own; players interact with different items in the room in the hopes they can coax cats into doing what they want.
As cats wander the room, players are able to do many different things: pick cats up, move furniture and props around, bring out toys to play with them.
If the players do a good job bringing cats close to each other, at the end of the stage the two cats will form a positive relationship with each other, but if players fail to bring the cats close enough with each other they have to try the stage over again.
In between stages, players get an animated performance of one of the Jingle Cats songs.
About PlayStation
The original PlayStation (1994) brought CD-based gaming and 3D graphics to the mainstream, ending Nintendo's console dominance of the previous two generations. It's now firmly in "retro collecting" territory: original jewel cases with intact manuals command a real premium over disc-only copies, and several RPGs from its later years (when Sony deliberately courted the genre) are among the most expensive commonly-collected games from the era.
Gamevaro tracks Jingle Cats for PlayStation with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Jingle Cats to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS1 release dates back to 1998.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Jingle Cats, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
