After a prolonged war, the Demon King Janes emerged victorious and united Neverland under his rule.
However, humans were not satisfied with the demons' victory, and in the year 996 three humans infiltrated Janes' castle and ended his reign.
This marked the beginning of the second age of wars, where kingdoms once again started fighting over Janes' empty throne.
This is a strategy war game with RPG elements.
You can control either one of the kingdoms that participate in the war, forming troops and recruiting heroes to aid you.
Once you are under attack (or if you decide to invade another kingdom), strategic battles take place.
During the turn-based battles, you can freely move your characters on the battle field, attacking when there are enemies in range, and unleashing chain and combination attacks.
The amount of actions you can perform during a turn is determined by the amount of your AP (action points).
About PlayStation 2
The PlayStation 2 (2000) is the best-selling game console in history, with a library exceeding 9,000 titles that spans everything from budget shovelware to genre-defining classics. That massive volume means PS2 collecting is accessible and affordable overall, but a handful of low-print-run RPGs and cult titles have become genuinely expensive — a common pattern once a console's original audience grows up with disposable income.
Gamevaro tracks Spectral Force Chronicle for PlayStation 2 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Spectral Force Chronicle to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS2 release dates back to 2005.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Spectral Force Chronicle, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 2 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
