The DLC consists of five new challenge maps (3 combat maps and 2 predator maps) united into a mini-campaign with cutscenes and 3 possible outcomes.
Bruce Wayne is introduced as a new playable character for the challenge mode.
His fighting style is in many ways similar to Batman's, obviously, but he lacks hi-tech gadgets and relies on ninja stars and old model hook to even the odds against other monastery pupils.
The enemies in Initiation look different from the base game, but their behaviours match that of the enemies from the original game.
The maps and the new playable character are added to the overall challenges menu, which means that the players can play as both Batman and Deathstroke in the new challenge maps, and that Bruce Wayne can play in the original Batman's challenge maps.
About PlayStation 3
Released in 2006, the PlayStation 3 had a rocky start thanks to its high launch price but became known for its exclusive franchises and Blu-ray drive, which doubled as an early home theater upgrade for many households. PS3 collecting is still relatively young — most titles are inexpensive — but the console's digital PSN storefront closure risk has pushed more collectors toward physical copies specifically to preserve access.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Batman: Arkham Origins - Initiation, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 3 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
