The protagonist is still Booker DeWitt and in this game he is a well-known private investigator in the city of Rapture, right before its fall.
The game does not continue in the Columbia setting of BioShock Infinite , instead, following the story, it is set in the environment of the first two BioShock games, entirely rebuilt in the new engine.
He is visited by a woman called Elizabeth who asks him to look into the disappearance of a young girl called Sally.
Just like in the original game Booker and Elizabeth act as a duo, while Elizabeth largely acts on her own and assists Booker.
The first part of the game focuses on exploration of the environment, while the second parts focuses more on combat, but in an environment with limited resources and tighter spaces than the original game.

Booker has access to new weapons.

The vigors have been replaced with plasmids, but have the same function.
In this episode Booker has access to Bucking Bronco, Devil's Kiss, Possession and Shock Jockey.
The others are not present.
Old Man Winter is an entirely new one.
It allows him to throw a ball of ice, freezing splicers and turning wa

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea - Episode One, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 3 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
