The doctor is unaware of the crash and must figure out what is going on.
In the 2D environment the gameplay often switches between the two characters and they each have their own tools, such as the doctor's Sonic Screwdriver to solve environment based puzzles, used to open door with a short mini-game.
River Song uses her Sonic Blaster to take down enemies and has a hallucinogenic lipstick.
There are encounters with Daleks, Cybermen, Silurians, and the Silence.
The game is set in London and spans three time periods: 16th century, present-day and a Dalek-occupied London in the future.
Between levels it is possible to interact with the TARDIS.
There are different difficulty levels, influencing the available time to complete puzzles, and a cooperative, local multiplayer mode.
About PlayStation 3
Released in 2006, the PlayStation 3 had a rocky start thanks to its high launch price but became known for its exclusive franchises and Blu-ray drive, which doubled as an early home theater upgrade for many households. PS3 collecting is still relatively young — most titles are inexpensive — but the console's digital PSN storefront closure risk has pushed more collectors toward physical copies specifically to preserve access.
Gamevaro tracks Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock for PlayStation 3 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS3 release dates back to 2012.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
