About this game

In FLOCK! , the player controls a UFO ("The Flocker") and is tasked with herding animals (sheep, cows, chickens, and pigs) back to the mothership ("The Mother Flocker").

This is challenging due to the hazardous environments the animals exist in -- the players will have to defend their flock against hungry predators, avoid pits of death, and send their animals flying with catapults.

In the single player campaign, the player will solve at fifty single player levels across several seasons (summer, autumn, winter).

A cooperative mode is also present, offering players to work as a team.

For instance, one player could lift a fence and the other player could guide a flock of animals under it.

The game will also grant access to the same map editor the developers used to make the official levels, so players can make their own puzzles.

Players will be able to share maps with others via a persistent map server.

About PlayStation 3

Released in 2006, the PlayStation 3 had a rocky start thanks to its high launch price but became known for its exclusive franchises and Blu-ray drive, which doubled as an early home theater upgrade for many households. PS3 collecting is still relatively young — most titles are inexpensive — but the console's digital PSN storefront closure risk has pushed more collectors toward physical copies specifically to preserve access.

Gamevaro tracks FLOCK! (2009) for PlayStation 3 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.

Adding FLOCK! (2009) to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS3 release dates back to 2009.

Rarity & condition

Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for FLOCK! (2009), suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 3 titles.

Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
