The gameplay is a basic platformer with a bit of strategy involved, using Wall-E to navigate areas and pick things up to use, players must also figure out ways to reach more out of the reach areas due to Wall-E's limited jump capacity.
There are also racing stages designed for the robot, EVE, where the player flies through constricted areas, avoiding fall obstacles.
This version of the game differs from the version for PS2, PSP and computers and has nine explorable worlds.
The PS3 and 360 versions feature a co-op mode using Wall-E and EVE, while the Wii version offers three head-to-head multiplayer modes.
About PlayStation 3
Released in 2006, the PlayStation 3 had a rocky start thanks to its high launch price but became known for its exclusive franchises and Blu-ray drive, which doubled as an early home theater upgrade for many households. PS3 collecting is still relatively young — most titles are inexpensive — but the console's digital PSN storefront closure risk has pushed more collectors toward physical copies specifically to preserve access.
Gamevaro tracks Wall-E for PlayStation 3 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Wall-E to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS3 release dates back to 2008.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Wall-E has a steady sales history on the tracked marketplaces, meaning enough copies circulate to establish a reliable market price.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
