Without outside help, these five individuals would likely never be able to succeed, or perhaps even survive the day.
This is where the player comes in.
After watching video, or reading text, the player makes decisions for the chosen characters.
Successfully getting all characters to the end of the hour will complete a chapter and allow progression to the next.
Some text that appears onscreen is colored: blue text can be selected to learn more about terms or events, while red text can be selected to switch a player's perspective to that of another character.
About PlayStation 4
The PlayStation 4 (2013) cemented Sony's dominance of the eighth console generation, with a library exceeding 30,000 titles once indie and digital-only releases are counted. Most PS4 games remain affordable for collectors, but limited physical print runs — particularly from smaller publishers and later in the console's life cycle — are starting to see steady price increases as digital storefronts eventually wind down support.
Gamevaro tracks 428: Shibuya Scramble for PlayStation 4 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding 428: Shibuya Scramble to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS4 release dates back to 2018.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for 428: Shibuya Scramble, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 4 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
