The game uses a humorous tone and mixes Viking influences with psychedelic colours and futuristic elements such as lasers.
Every level has a different theme with names such as Egyptonia, Techno Piramids, Wildwoods and Wurstland.
Each level consists of multiple scenes, usually with a boss at the end.
The character is on the left and the player aims and shoots Lichtspeers to attack the enemies that appear on the right.
A partial trajectory line is show to assist with the aiming.

Enemies consist of Evil Spacedwarfs, Hipster Ice Giants, Penguins in boats, Penguin Vikings, Warlocks, Wurst Zombies etc.

About PlayStation 4
The PlayStation 4 (2013) cemented Sony's dominance of the eighth console generation, with a library exceeding 30,000 titles once indie and digital-only releases are counted. Most PS4 games remain affordable for collectors, but limited physical print runs — particularly from smaller publishers and later in the console's life cycle — are starting to see steady price increases as digital storefronts eventually wind down support.
Gamevaro tracks Lichtspeer for PlayStation 4 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Lichtspeer to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS4 release dates back to 2016.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Lichtspeer, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 4 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
