About this game
Developed by TeamKill Media, Code Violet is a third-person action horror game, where you take on the role of Violet Sinclair, a girl plucked from the past who must unravel the mysteries of the Aion Bioengineering Complex as she avoids, hides or fights against the creatures who have overrun it.
With the evacuation protocol in effect, Violet’s main goal is to escape the complex and save those she cares for, but with the creatures and a mysterious Director doing all in their power to stop you, will you get out alive?
About PlayStation 5
Launched in late 2020, the PlayStation 5 introduced ultra-fast SSD loading and ray tracing to mainstream console gaming. It's still early in its collecting life cycle, but the Digital Edition (no disc drive) has already created a meaningful split in the market between disc-based and digital-only PS5 owners — something collectors should keep in mind when comparing prices for the "same" game.
Gamevaro tracks Code Violet for PlayStation 5 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Code Violet to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS5 release dates back to 2026.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Code Violet, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 5 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
