His mission: driving back the Ork invasion on the industry planet Graia.
A super weapon is stored there and the Orks must not grab it.
He also has to deal with the Chaos Marines and other alien races.
Gameplay is simple: walking - mostly together with two fellow Marines - through the levels and kill the enemy hordes.
Titus has a multitude of ranged and melee weapons to his disposal, but the focus lies on melee combat.
Like most similar games, there are combo attacks which are performed by using the correct buttons with the right timing.
Additionally he can unleash especially powerful attacks when he earned enough fury by killing enemies.
Titus also has to solve rail shooter sequences and sometimes he gets a jet pack along with a more open level design.
To account for the Space Marine class character, there is no cover system and a mix between regenerative shield and health which can be regained by performing executions.
About PlayStation 5
Launched in late 2020, the PlayStation 5 introduced ultra-fast SSD loading and ray tracing to mainstream console gaming. It's still early in its collecting life cycle, but the Digital Edition (no disc drive) has already created a meaningful split in the market between disc-based and digital-only PS5 owners — something collectors should keep in mind when comparing prices for the "same" game.
Gamevaro tracks Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II for PlayStation 5 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This PS5 release dates back to 2024.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common PlayStation 5 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
