Medical Box is a special limited release of Candy Stripe: Minarai Tenshi which comes packed in a specially designed medical box with approximate dimensions of: 20cm wide, 17cm long, and 8cm tall.

All the content inside the box, including box itself, feature artwork displaying heroines from the game.
