There are four different modes available for the game
1-on-1: Much like the original Power Stone, a two-character storyline game.
Arcade: A four-character storyline game, with two characters advancing each round.
Original: Multiplayer mode, with free choice of characters and stages.
Adventure: An unpredictable storyline game, where players can collect items, cards and money.
Power Stone 2 offers five interactive 3-D stages to begin with, plus the two boss stages which players can also access in Original mode.
All but the Original mode is played out like a storyline, where two battles are fought on the regular stages, followed by the Pharaoh Walker boss, then another battle, and ending with the Dr.

After a set amount of time, the plane will fall apart, forcing all the players to battle while skydiving toward the ground.
Shortly after, the players will fall onto a floating platform, where the remainder of the battle will be held.
This, in essence, creates three sub-stages within a single one.
Each stage is also littered with item boxes, which hold a
About Sega Dreamcast
Sega's final console, the Dreamcast (1998/1999), was ahead of its time with built-in internet connectivity and an influential library, but a short commercial lifespan cut its game catalog short. That abrupt end means Dreamcast print runs were smaller across the board than a longer-lived console would have had, and it's now one of the more actively collected fifth/sixth-generation systems specifically because of that scarcity.

Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Power Stone 2 (PAL) to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This DC release dates back to 2000.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Power Stone 2 (PAL), suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Sega Dreamcast titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
