About this game
Gangan Ganchan is a maze chase action game in the tradition of early arcade games such as Pac-Man .
The player controls the titular Ganchan as he explores various themed mazes.

Each maze contains numerous "Poyoyon", small blobs in four different colors that wander the maze erratically, as well as enemies which must be avoided.
Touching a Poyoyon will cause it to start following Ganchan, and returning to a base at the center of the map will deposit it there.
Returning four Poyoyon of the same color will reveal a key of that color, and collecting all four keys will clear the stage.
Ganchan has a few abilities to defend himself: he can shoot energy blasts to stun enemies, dash, and block to protect himself, but all of these will consume energy which recharges when not in use.
Collecting four of the same color Poyoyon simultaneously without returning them to the base will allow Ganchan to use a special ability depending on the color.
If Ganchan touches an enemy or runs out of time, he will lose a life.
There are simple shooting-style minigames between levels to earn bonus points for extra lives, and the game also includes a two-player split-screen competitive mode.
About Super Nintendo Entertainment System
The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (1990/1991) is widely regarded as home to one of the strongest first-party libraries in gaming history, from Super Metroid to Chrono Trigger. It's a mature collecting market: iconic RPGs and late-cycle releases (which typically had smaller print runs as the industry moved toward the next generation) are consistently among the most sought-after and valuable cartridges from the 16-bit era.
Gamevaro tracks GanGan GanChan for Super Nintendo Entertainment System with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding GanGan GanChan to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This SNES release dates back to 1995.

Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for GanGan GanChan, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Super Nintendo Entertainment System titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
