The Great Battle III
Super Nintendo Entertainment System · 1993
About this game
Set in the Compachi Hero universe (which serves as a crossover for the Gundam, Kamen Rider, and Ultraman series), the four heroes Gundam F91, Black RX, Ultraman Great, and Warrior Roa survive their spaceship crashing into a stray asteroid, then find themselves stranded in a forest on an unfamiliar planet.
Brought before the king of a local castle, the heroes are assigned a quest to defeat the evil wizard Zanel and his army, before the wizard summons the dormant demon lord Dark Brain.

The Great Battle III is a side-scrolling beat 'em up, in which the player plays as one of four heroes, each with their own fighting abilities.
Heroes can be switched throughout the game.
The player navigates the hero around the battlefield to beat enemies on-screen, and avoid any stage hazards like pits and falling rocks.
Each enemy beaten earns the player collectible gold, which can be used to purchase power-ups in shops.
About Super Nintendo Entertainment System
The Super Nintendo Entertainment System (1990/1991) is widely regarded as home to one of the strongest first-party libraries in gaming history, from Super Metroid to Chrono Trigger. It's a mature collecting market: iconic RPGs and late-cycle releases (which typically had smaller print runs as the industry moved toward the next generation) are consistently among the most sought-after and valuable cartridges from the 16-bit era.
Gamevaro tracks The Great Battle III for Super Nintendo Entertainment System with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding The Great Battle III to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This SNES release dates back to 1993.
