Dead Space: Extraction
Nintendo Wii · 2009
About this game
Acting as a prequel to 2008's Dead Space , Extraction tells the story of four colonists caught at the start of the spreading infection.
The player jumps between these characters throughout the game, and travels from the Aegis VII colony to the USG Ishimura; both locations from the original game.

Two player co-op is also available.
Gameplay is handled as an on-rails shooter.
The player has no active control over their movement, and limited control over their view.
In the Wii version, the Wiimote is used to handle weapons from the original game, with gestures like turning the remote sideways used to switch to a secondary fire mode, or holding the remote up to your ear to play discovered audio logs.
The touted "strategic dismemberment" system from Dead Space also returns here, requiring careful aim against limbs to reliably take creatures down.
About Nintendo Wii
Launched in 2006, the Wii's motion controls (Wii Remote) brought casual and non-traditional players into console gaming at a scale no prior system had achieved, making it one of the best-selling consoles ever. Because so many Wii units sold with bundled software like Wii Sports, the bulk of the library is inexpensive to collect — but it also means truly rare Wii titles (often niche Japanese-only releases) stand out sharply from the norm.
Gamevaro tracks Dead Space: Extraction for Nintendo Wii with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Dead Space: Extraction to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This WII release dates back to 2009.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Dead Space: Extraction has a steady sales history on the tracked marketplaces, meaning enough copies circulate to establish a reliable market price.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
