When a player lands on a property, they may buy said property, develop it and accept rent when other players land on it.
The player collects their money from the bank, where they can also purchase stocks, which generate revenue from the rent collected on other player's properties, provided they have collected a heart, a diamond, a club and a spade, doing so will also increase the player's personal worth.
Some spaces on the board will force the player to draw a card which cause a random event, other spaces will cause a specific event, such as all the player's properties closing and not collecting rent.
Victory conditions depend on which map the game is being played on.
Some maps will grant the player victory when all the other players are bankrupt, while others may demand that the player gain a certain amount of wealth.
About Nintendo Wii
Launched in 2006, the Wii's motion controls (Wii Remote) brought casual and non-traditional players into console gaming at a scale no prior system had achieved, making it one of the best-selling consoles ever. Because so many Wii units sold with bundled software like Wii Sports, the bulk of the library is inexpensive to collect — but it also means truly rare Wii titles (often niche Japanese-only releases) stand out sharply from the norm.
Gamevaro tracks Fortune Street for Nintendo Wii with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Fortune Street to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This WII release dates back to 2011.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Fortune Street, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Nintendo Wii titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
