Tutorial mode is a target practice mode, where players shoot barrels, crates, jars, pots and other objects.
Story mode is the main game.
Wanted is a boss rush mode and Two Player is two player mode.
Story mode contains four chapters each broken up in three parts, the chapters are Ranch, Indian Village, Canyon and Western Town.
The levels contain typical wild west settings: a barn, a bank, a railroad station, gold mines.
In some levels the player is riding on horseback or in a mine cart on rails.
There is a double barrel power-up and in some levels the player gets a gatling gun.
Throughout the levels there are cows and horses confined by a small wooden fence, shoot the fence to free the animals for bonus points.
At certain points in the level, two or more arrows will appear on screen and the player can choose a path by shooting an arrow.
The game had a cartoonish wild west theme and it is generally aimed at children.
When enemies are shot they just disappear with a dust cloud and leave a white surrender flag.
There are some culturally insensitive depictions of native Americans, featuring cartoonishly big noses and war cries.
About Nintendo Wii
Launched in 2006, the Wii's motion controls (Wii Remote) brought casual and non-traditional players into console gaming at a scale no prior system had achieved, making it one of the best-selling consoles ever. Because so many Wii units sold with bundled software like Wii Sports, the bulk of the library is inexpensive to collect — but it also means truly rare Wii titles (often niche Japanese-only releases) stand out sharply from the norm.
Gamevaro tracks Wild West Shootout for Nintendo Wii with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Wild West Shootout to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This WII release dates back to 2010.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Wild West Shootout has a steady sales history on the tracked marketplaces, meaning enough copies circulate to establish a reliable market price.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
