Its first release in 2009 was subtitled Ego Draconis, and was published by DTP entertainment and in the United States by CDV Entertainment.

The updated 2011 re-release The Dragon Knight Saga which included the expansion Flames of Vengeance, as well as the final 2012 release as Divinity II: Developer's Cut, were published by Focus Home Interactive.

The defining feature of Divinity II is the ability to switch between aerial combat as a dragon, and more traditional third-person action-role playing gameplay as a human.

It is the third game in the Divinity franchise, and the first Divinity game to be released on consoles as well as for Windows.

About Xbox 360

Microsoft's second console, the Xbox 360 (2005), is remembered for popularizing online multiplayer through Xbox Live and for a notoriously high hardware failure rate (the "Red Ring of Death") — which ironically makes well-preserved, working units and complete game cases more collectible today. Physical 360 games are still generally affordable, though limited Kinect-era peripherals and bundles are becoming harder to find complete.

Gamevaro tracks Divinity II: Ego Draconis [Walmart Edition] for Xbox 360 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.

Adding Divinity II: Ego Draconis [Walmart Edition] to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This X360 release dates back to 2010.

Rarity & condition

Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Divinity II: Ego Draconis [Walmart Edition], suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Xbox 360 titles.

Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
