The Grand Prix mode featured in previous games, which allowed players to play a season as one of the real pilots, has been removed in favor of some enhancements to the Career mode.
In addition, new game modes have been added.
Champions mode challenges the player to complete several scenarios that usually involve finishing ahead of one of the previous F1 world champions, while Young Driver Test acts like a tutorial for new players with a series of videos and tests.
Also new is the Season Challenge mode, a shorter, fast-paced career in which the player may frequently swap to a different car constructor by challenging rivals.
The qualifying sessions are now optionally shorter with the new One-shot Qualifying mode, in which only the first lap is retained valid for placement.
About Xbox 360
Microsoft's second console, the Xbox 360 (2005), is remembered for popularizing online multiplayer through Xbox Live and for a notoriously high hardware failure rate (the "Red Ring of Death") — which ironically makes well-preserved, working units and complete game cases more collectible today. Physical 360 games are still generally affordable, though limited Kinect-era peripherals and bundles are becoming harder to find complete.
Gamevaro tracks F1 2012 for Xbox 360 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding F1 2012 to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This X360 release dates back to 2012.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
F1 2012 has a steady sales history on the tracked marketplaces, meaning enough copies circulate to establish a reliable market price.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
