However, in the wasteland, there are strange towers that have appeared.
Seemingly sentient, nobody knows who built them or why, only that anyone who ventures near will know only death.
From these towers comes a mysterious substance called diablosis, which corrupts those who touch it, turning them into murderous killing machines.
One man, known only as Syd, has made it his mission to destroy these towers and stop the diablosis.
Quantum Theory is a a cover-based third-person shooter similar to the popular Gears of War series .
Syd can hide behind and fire from cover, as well as "roadie run" between cover to move closer to enemies.
He can carry up to three different weapons at a time, as well as go face-to-face with a powerful melee attack.
Syd will also team up with a woman named Filena, with whom he can perform special team attacks, and even throw her at enemies for an especially powerful attack.
In addition to the single-player campaign, there are also online team and deathmatch multiplayer modes.
About Xbox 360
Microsoft's second console, the Xbox 360 (2005), is remembered for popularizing online multiplayer through Xbox Live and for a notoriously high hardware failure rate (the "Red Ring of Death") — which ironically makes well-preserved, working units and complete game cases more collectible today. Physical 360 games are still generally affordable, though limited Kinect-era peripherals and bundles are becoming harder to find complete.
Gamevaro tracks Quantum Theory for Xbox 360 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Quantum Theory to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This X360 release dates back to 2010.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Quantum Theory has a steady sales history on the tracked marketplaces, meaning enough copies circulate to establish a reliable market price.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
