While there is no specific story or goal to the game, you can progress further by attracting many different types of Piñatas into your garden.
At first, you'll only have a small patch of land covered in junk; however, with some cleaning up and basic maintenance, you can begin to attract many different species, starting from the tiny Whirlm, to larger creatures like Horstachio.
If you're more interested in money-making than collecting, you can get the Piñatas to produce goods, like honey or milk, for you.
Failing that, you can simply sell off any of your excess Piñatas after you learn how to get them to mate.
Each species has its own particular ritual and conditions for mating.
Occasionally, mischievous Sour Piñatas will turn up to cause trouble in your garden.
If you can cure them of their sour condition, they'll help your garden instead! You can also get the services of the local Piñata Island residents, such as shopping, garden maintenance, and Piñata capture (if you require a particular species).
About Xbox 360
Microsoft's second console, the Xbox 360 (2005), is remembered for popularizing online multiplayer through Xbox Live and for a notoriously high hardware failure rate (the "Red Ring of Death") — which ironically makes well-preserved, working units and complete game cases more collectible today. Physical 360 games are still generally affordable, though limited Kinect-era peripherals and bundles are becoming harder to find complete.
Gamevaro tracks Viva Piñata Party Animals for Xbox 360 with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Viva Piñata Party Animals to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This X360 release dates back to 2010.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Viva Piñata Party Animals, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Xbox 360 titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
