About this game
Trials of the Blood Dragon is a game in the Trials obstacle traversing racing series, but thematically based on another Ubisoft game, the first-person shooter Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon , which is itself a spin-off of Far Cry 3 .
The game is set in 2019 and uses the same science fiction style of the 1980's as the original Blood Dragon game, with bright visuals and the same type of electro based music.

The characters, story and gameplay are often deliberately over-the-top, with the same humorous tone as the original game.
The protagonists are the twelve-year-old twins Roxanne and Slayer, the children of Rex Power Colt from Blood Dragon .
Their father died in the second Vietnam War against the communists and they were raised by general Mason Ryback who trained them to become Mark VI cybercommandos, with cybernetic technology in their bodies.
Just like their father they go after the communists in the fourth Vietnam war to prevent them from turning the Blood Dragons' energy into powerful weapons.
From a central hub different missions can be played through posters that are unlocked gradually.
Each poster represents a different setting with multiple levels, such as Vietnam, Miami (based on Hotline Miami ), Japan, Mars, a temple (based on Raiders of the Lost Ark ), hell and so on.
For each mission a specific character is used.
Slayer mostly goes for action, while for Roxanne there are often hacking, puzzle-solving and stealth elements.
The core motorbike mechanic of the Trials game is present, but with lots of new gameplay elements.
In the familiar sections the player controls a bike through acceleration, braking and leaning back or forward to maintain a good balance.
This is used to travel through a course, cross gaps and clear obstacles.
There are often explosions and collapsing bridges, but also helicopters or Blood Dragons that interfere with the gameplay.
This title adds many more types of vehicles, such as a tank, a bicycle, a remote control car, a mine cart etc.
About Xbox One
Microsoft's Xbox One launched in 2013 alongside the PS4 and leaned heavily into backwards compatibility and subscription services like Game Pass. Because so many Xbox One owners moved to all-digital libraries, physical Xbox One cartridges — sorry, discs — in good condition are comparatively less common on the secondhand market than their PlayStation equivalents from the same era.
Gamevaro tracks Trials of the Blood Dragon for Xbox One with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.
Adding Trials of the Blood Dragon to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This XONE release dates back to 2016.

Market insights
Rarity & condition
Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for Trials of the Blood Dragon, suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Xbox One titles.
Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
