The main theme of the game is based on Robert Ludlum 's book The Bourne Identity , and features a man who is suffering from amnesia and quite possibly involved in the recent assassination of the President of the United States.

The hero knows almost nothing except that he must be important, since everyone is trying to kill him.

Gradually uncovering the mystery, the hero, learns more about his secret agent past and his curious name: XIII.

The player unravels clues, trying to solve a conspiracy set in an environment that breathes a comic book ambiance.

Footsteps and shots are visualized in text and actions: for example, head shots are shown in a series of still images.

Aside from that, the game has all the typical FPS elements: both stealth and action, more than fifteen weapons (shotguns, crossbows, rifles, ...), interaction with environmental objects and plenty of enemies in levels spread all over the world.

During the game, the player can learn a number of skills such as silent walking, lockpicking and dual weapons handling.

About Xbox One

Microsoft's Xbox One launched in 2013 alongside the PS4 and leaned heavily into backwards compatibility and subscription services like Game Pass. Because so many Xbox One owners moved to all-digital libraries, physical Xbox One cartridges — sorry, discs — in good condition are comparatively less common on the secondhand market than their PlayStation equivalents from the same era.

Gamevaro tracks XIII (Remake) for Xbox One with separate market values for loose, complete-in-box (CIB) and factory-sealed copies, sourced from real eBay sales. Prices also vary by region — PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J releases of the same game often sell for different amounts due to print run sizes and regional collector demand.

Adding XIII (Remake) to a Gamevaro collection takes seconds — search by title or scan the box barcode, and the app fills in cover art, release details and current pricing automatically. This XONE release dates back to 2020.

Rarity & condition

Only a handful of market sales have been tracked for XIII (Remake), suggesting it doesn't trade hands very often — a sign of relative scarcity compared to more common Xbox One titles.

Complete-in-box (CIB) copies typically command a premium over loose cartridges/discs because the original box and manual are more fragile and get discarded or damaged over time — fewer complete sets survive.
